Wanderlust pioneered large scale yoga festivals incorporating mindful living practices and music spanning four-day immersive events. The online environment augments the in-person events with digital content, classes, and a broadcast subscription platform.

Our Partnership

The objective was to solve for profitability and scale. The festival business was what drove loyalty, but the logistics associated with producing the festivals at scale was a heavy lift and limited profitability. The challenge was the content platform had almost no connection to the festival experience. For a brand advocate that shared the idea β€œthe best of humanity is an inspiring good,” the holistic user experience was incomplete.

Strategy Focus

Compass + Nail designed and executed an experience-based business strategy focused on the underpinning values of Wanderlust, weaving social tools, the website, wellness centers, yoga studios, events, and festivals together to create immersive human-to-human connective experiences. This ultimately provided a year-round resource for Wanderlust festival attendees to explore a comprehensive destination of mindful living practices and products.

Demonstrated Impact

The result has been rapid and sustained growth managed by a data set focused on customer Migration Rates. The Brand Equity Index revealed a full-funnel approach from content syndication acquiring Prospects to a bottom of funnel conversion of high value events.
